Local
independent shops give
better overall service to
customers than the big name
electrical stores according
to a Which? Survey
Nearly half
(48%) of the 15,393 computer
owners questioned said these
stores gave “very good”
service
Dixons, PC
World, Staples and
supermarkets were each
described as offering very
good service by just 11% of
respondents, the Which?
Report said.
